Fr. Zachary Boazman
Fr. Zachary Boazman, originally from Texas, was born and raised in the Dallas area, where his parents still live today. He attended Catholic school beginning in Kindergarten and graduated from Cistercian Preparatory School in 2010. He attended the University of Oklahoma following graduation as a National Merit Scholar. In college, he heard God call him to enter seminary and after graduating from OU with a BS in Mathematics in 2012, became a seminarian for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City.
Fr. Zak attended seminary at St. John Vianney Theological Seminary in Denver, CO for all seven years of his priestly formation. There, he became friends with seminarians and priests from dioceses around the Rockies: Colorado, Montana, Arizona, Iowa, and Kansas.
In 2019, Fr. Zak was part of a class of five priests ordained for the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City. He was assigned as parochial vicar (associate pastor) at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ponca City, OK. In 2020, he was asked to attend the Liturgical Institute, where he continues his studies to earn a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (STL) and a Master of Arts in Liturgical Studies.
In 2021, Fr. Zak was appointed Associate Director of the Secretariat for Divine Worship where he works to plan and coordinate diocesan liturgical celebrations and promote good sacred liturgy in the Archdiocese. In 2022, Archbishop Coakley asked Fr. Zak to serve as Chaplain of Cristo Rey OKC Catholic High School, where he shares his prayerful spirit with the youth of the Archdiocese. Fr. Zak enjoys golf and exercise, spending time with friends, studying liturgy and dabbling in architecture.
PJ Anderson
PJ’s most recent studio album, Mercy, Mercy, debuted at #7 on iTunes and received glowing reviews. In recent years, PJ has led thousands in worship at events worldwide, including World Youth Day in Krakow, Poland and the Mass for Life in Washington, DC. For the past 10 years, he has spent his summers with Catholic Heart Work Camp, offering his musical talents and serving as a director, giving students meaningful opportunities to serve and minister in cities across the US and abroad. Amidst these opportunities, the recent years have been a time of immense growth for PJ as a worship artist and storyteller.
Joe Melendrez
Joe shares the Gospel in many unique ways, from his development of a faith-based clothing line (God Swagg Apparel), his release of five major Catholic hip-hop albums, to sharing the winnings from a college Chipotle contest (a year of free burritos), as a means to evangelize to different people with each meal!
Joe’s BA in Religious studies from the University of Dayton has led him to become a Religion Teacher and Youth Minister for over 10 years. In addition to his work in Catholic education, Joe’s electric ministry of music and evangelization has taken him to Europe, Africa, Australia, South America and all across the USA. Joe uses his skills to animate huge crowds of teens, and he continues to share these gifts at major youth rallies, conferences, and national events. Today, Joe Melendrez is a husband and father, as well as a natural MC, a dynamic musical performer, an inspiring speaker, and an expert retreat leader.
Noelle Garcia
Noelle was born in Texas, but has lived in Colorado, Tennessee, Michigan, Kansas, and now Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! She has been speaking to youth and adults for over ten years. Her primary mission is to teach through her own testimony, that we are all “wonderfully made” in God’s image. Noelle has been featured in CNN’s Latino in America and EWTN’s Life on the Rock as she shared her witness of God’s love through the midst of her struggle with depression and poor self-image and how that encounter with Christ radically changed her life.
DJ Staël
With over a decade of experience in youth ministry, Stael is driven by his calling to remind all people of "who they are and whose they are." As a Dj, Stael combines his love of music with testimony to take you on a soul-stirring musical journey of faith and purpose. From uplifting beats to his inspirational words, Stael strives to aid others to discover God's plan for their life.
