A middle school event like no other!

Event Information
We're looking forward to welcoming you to Holy Fire Atlanta on September 14th! Please review the information below to help ensure a smooth trip for you and your group.
Parking and Entrance (see map below)
- The Georgia State University Convocation Center is located at 455 Capitol Avenue SE, Atlanta, GA 30312
- Free parking for cars is available in the Convocation Center Parking Deck (labelled CC Deck on the map below) next to the Convocation Center, entering off of Fulton St. Participants should take the covered walkway into the left side of the building and enter through Gate 1.
- If you are a parent dropping off a participant to connect with a group, please park for free in the CC Deck, and bring your youth inside - entering through Gate 1. When you return at the end of the day, please park and pick up your youth inside the GSCC by connecting with your youth’s group leader.
- Busses should park and drop off on Pollard Avenue between the GSCC loading dock and Capitol Avenue. Participants will walk to Gate 2 for entry.
- Volunteers will be stationed to help direct you on the day of the event.
Registration opens at 8:30 AM. Please bring the following with you to Will Call:
- Your Order or Group Leader QR code (provided by email)
- Any outstanding Consent Forms or Safe Environment Clearance forms (most forms should have been submitted by email prior to the event). Any adults who are not Safe Environment compliant will not be permitted to attend.
- A check (made payable to "Equipping the Saints") or credit card, if you have an outstanding balance.
During check in, you will be given wristbands for your group, which will grant your participants access to the venue, as well as any t-shirts you pre-ordered.
General Admission
Once you have checked in and distributed wrist bands to your group, all Youth and Adult participants will enter through the marked doors. All seats are general admission, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend that participants bring a refillable water bottle with them to the event.
Lunch
Lunch will NOT be available for purchase the day of the event. Instructions for picking up lunches that were pre-purchased before September 6th will be available on site. If you did not pre-purchase lunches, please plan on bringing lunch with you.
Bags and Coolers
Clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” are preferred for adults. Youth Ministers may carry a backpack, but it will be searched upon entering the building. No minors should bring a bag into Holy Fire Atlanta.
Participants are allowed to bring their own lunches into Holy Fire Atlanta. Group leaders are asked to put all lunches for their group in a cooler with the group name on it to be stored in a designated place until the lunch break. Coolers will be searched upon entry into Holy Fire.
Merchandise
If you our your participants pre-ordered Holy Fire T-shirts, they will be available for pickup at Will Call when you check in. Some Holy Fire T-shirts will be available for sale at the event for $10-12. Our performing artists will also have merchandise for sale before the event begins and during lunch.
Parent Pick-up
If participants are being picked up by their parents at the conclusion of the event, parents should park in the GSCC Deck (parking wil be free) and pick up their youth inside the GSCC by connecting with their youth’s group leader.
